New Writers for DIV 3

I suggest Codeforces and MikeMirzayanov for new writers for DIV 3 contest because having same writer everytime results in same type of questions.

I am not against vovuh. Having different writers will add variety to div 3 contests. (One can observe trends in past contests)

I don't think we will get someone as experienced as vovuh in setting div3 problems. If the new author did not set good problems then it is only the people that will complain.
