In conclusion, I am glad to use this opportunity to describe my excitement at the way CROC works, their attitude towards the event, their professionalism and the achieved work! How come tourist speaks Russian? Do they speak Russian in Belarus?

From my experience, in Belarus Russian is more commonly spoken than Belarusian.

Belarussian is not same to Russian but they can speak normal.
