You need exactly 69 problems, not much, not lessOne can't say how many problems you need to reach some level, just practice more, solve problems harder than your level
if you solve all the green problems from ABC, AGC and ARC from atcoder you can easily become an expert — it worked for me
(you can watch the problem-difficulty color here)
upd: if green is too hard for you try to start with brown problems
Can you give the rating of atcoder problems in relation to codeforces problems?
atcoder problems are too different from cf to compare their rating. but imho there is something like rating_cf = rating_atcoder + x, where 300 <= x <= 500
