I have recently discovered that starting a contest an hour late is a pretty major disadvantage, so I was wondering if there was a way to do contests at a different time, because most contests start very early in the morning for me, so even if I do wake up on time, I'm not able to think and problem solve as well.

Unfortunately there are not any real solutions if you are looking to participate in a rated contest as of now. Of course, you are able to enter a contest virtually in your own time, but it would only be for practice. The other option is to try other sites, where the user base might be more aligned with your time zone. It would be difficult for a contest to be distributed at different times and inhibit cheating as much as possible.

I am not sure where you are from, but HackerEarth, LeetCode, CodeChef, and TopCoder are worth checking out.

do vc!! if you care about your rating and you want to know how good are you, you can go to cf-viz (google it) and after every vc get your delta rate and you can find you true rating.Cf rating is not very good because speeds matter a lot. actually the number of problems you solved in contest is important(my opinion) hope this help you ")
