Where will ACM ICPC 2014 be hosted ?

On the page for ICPC 2014 on the official website of ACM ICPC , it mentions that the place is "to be determined". But I'm curious to know if it is going to be hosted by Russia once more. Briefly... They signed agrement to host ACM ICPC 2014 in Yekaterinburg between Administration of city, Ural State University and hotels.
