Hello! I am already working on your situation. It is not yet completely clear whether this is a mistake in the delivery status on the site and in fact, the parcel will return to us (this has already happened several times, post offices are now working just awfully) or whether someone else received the parcel. I have already sent a request to the post office, but processing it takes a long time (up to 30 days).
