past 3 months I have studied number theory from Youtube, CP algorithms but not able to solve related questions can someone suggest any good resources

I think, you just need more experience in number theory.Just solve problems, and if you cant solve it, look on the editorial.

Then solve question. According to Nischay's words "CP is 5% learning and 95% practicing" so you should practice a lot more than what you learn.Hope that make sense.
