In IOI i can use my prewritten template for example for input and output ? Or i need to write like tourist ?
Edit : I meant like "tourist" because he usually write a code without any template.

According to the 2021 rules (which shouldn't change much any time soon):
Contestants must find their assigned computer, sit down, and wait for the competition to begin without touching anything (such as keyboards, mice, pen or paper).
Therefore, the only way you could have a template would be if you would write it during contest, but that seems to defeat it's purpose, doesn't it?
