U write the same code in different way , just the change the order of code and merge two statements into one. And use while instead of for and etc.

I don't know what is the problem you have with ambarsariya and the most important thing if you have guts then make a blog with your original account then we'll see. It's the duty of the accuser, to provide undeniable proof against the accused.
I don't know what's the history of this user, but based on my preliminary analysis of their user history, they seem innocent. Or, at least have plausible deniability to accusations. Without more concrete proof, throwing baseless allegations is wrong.
twoseven seems to have solved 916 problems, and he's been registered for 20 months.
Their rating graph shows a drop for 6 months, then expected(but somewhat high) increase in rating. The user also has dips and highs while progressing in rank.
Their official submissions show that there are a lot of verdicts like : WA, TLE, Compilation Error, Runtime Error. From codeforces visualizer, we can see that the user has 50.4% AC, 38.3% WA, 4.8% TLE, and 2.6% RTE errors. Those look normal.
Using codeforces visualizer, we can see that amarsariya is doing questions mainly in range 1000-1800. They've done many 1500-1800 problems.
ambarsariya's rating is 1856. This is exactly what's expected from their practice history.
From codeforces visualizer, we can see the user has few C,D,E,F,M,G unsolved questions, and a few A,B questions too. This shows that the user has some issues with problems in this range.
If you look at codeforces round 727's dashboard, you can see that 3265 people submitted question D, while only 122 could submit question E. This is a clear indication that question D was somewhat easier, while question E was extremely tough.
From amarsariya's submission history, we can see they only submitted A,B,C and D questions. Not E.
A cheater wouldn't know that question E, was extremely difficult, compared to the others.
A cheater would simply submit the answer to question E too.

If you check his submission history you will see that codeforces caught "ambarsariya" multiple time accused of cheating.He has some skipped solution with star mark in his submission list.
