life story and the reason why I want to become red

Dear codeforces.

I know you guys asking how to be great and become a red coder. I am also wondering. But here is the reason why I want to approach to that target.

The thing is, I have been in a down mood for about 6 months because I broke up with my girlfriend in the end of the year 2020. The reason, I think, is that I was not good enough to let her stay with me, so she made a second choice. Since that, I feel like there was no target in my life and I couldn't help stop thinking about a person who will never look back. I hate that feeling and I don't want to keep in a bad state. Now in my phone there still installed an app I made for her as a gift for Valentine's Day. It's so hard for me to delete that app because it is the only thing I left from her.

To raise me up, I made a decision these days to work harder on programming which started few years ago. Codeforces is a great community and concentrating on solving problems here help me divert my attention from things that wasting my life. I always admire people with high ratings and could be in the top list to show their title on the front page. I am a normal people, however, but I don't want to stop trying to be great. I asked for some advice and now knowing the only thing to keep in mind is to practice, practice and practice.

One day, hopefully, I could become a better coder with a strong will. I know to be a red coder is hard but it is harder to accept a person who was defeated and stop keeping on his life. There should be a new target in one's life when you lose something, isn't it?

So that is my story. What about you guys? Can you share with me why you want to be in a higher rating on codeforces? GL.

Don't focus on one person, she broke your heart:( Just work and push yourself higher and you'll see people's attitude change towards you. Don't try to be "red in a year" or something that's probably unachievable. Keep working and watch the results. You wouldn't even have time to worry about it:)

I felt the same once, don't let this break you. There's plenty of fish in the sea:) Mark my words.

I also want to be red coder, maybe someday I'll look back and say "It was an interesting journey"

      Ya that's every coder's dream, not everyone will be able to accomplish that. Even I maybe get some other interest. Till then, keep chasing that dream, that's my only goal. Even I can't reach it, I can will say "It was an interesting journey". Before I move on.

      Well, when I started my journey, my dream was to become CM, then later when I reached CM, I wanted to become master and now deep down, I too want to feel the Red.

Work hard bro one day you got 7* coder codechef, legendary grandmaster on codeforces your cp skill beat sundar pichai and you become next CEO in google. And then your X Gf will come to you. Then you can take your revenge.
