Functionality 1

If cp user1 want to learn number theory and have knowledge of binary search . If cp user2 want to learn binary search and have knowledge of number theory.

if cp user1 go to website and search if any available for number theory.An cp user2 is open to teach number theory and wants learn binary search they can interact with each other on the platform.

Functionality 2.

If any expert or above expert want to teach ,he can organise a class on particular topic like -DP with specific amount like if anyone want to attend the have to pay 1$ to the teacher and they can attend the class.
