Hello Everyone!!
I will be making mashups daily in this group so that everyone can practice improving their problem-solving skills. The contests would be consist of 8 problems and two and half an hour [150 minutes] to solve them for now and having an 800-1500 rating difficulties, would be increasing with time. I will also be making some topic-wise mashups every week (e.g. Binary Search, Bitmasking, Graphs, Dynamic Programming. etc) so that those who are weak in these topics can improve it and those who are good at it, can make their speed.
In the group, there would be an overall leaderboard (IFMO typed) (containing all occurred contests scores) so that a better competitive environment exists.
The overall Leaderboard Sample can be shown below:
Anyone can join this group to participate in daily contests (mashups).
I will be waiting to see many participants in today's contest. Daily contests would be at 20:05 UTC, when a clash occurs with any real contest then the practice contest would not occur on that day.
Thank you.
I really like your idea!
Thanks buddy!! :)
Making a whatsapp group for later discussions will be good idea
Yes I am agree with you one can get many approaches to solve a problem that would be very beneficial, but it would be better to make a discord channel rather than a whatsapp group because whatsapp group would be something personal. I will be making a discord channel and will post the link to join on the group today onwards. Happy Coding :D
I am unable to use A2OJ ladders. What should I do? Also please suggest me all available ladders that I can use for practice.
Yes I saw A2oj and Dyanmic A2oj Ladders are not working now but you may use this ladder. Happy Coding :D
Do you know the name of the website that showed AtCoder Contest with problems marked in different colors according to their difficulty? There was also similar website for past CF contest with problems marked in different colors according to their difficulty.
Yes I know those websites For AtCoder. For Codeforces.
Will there be an editorial after the contest?
As these contests are mashups so I would be giving editorials links of the original contests of every problem of the mashup. Happy Coding :D
i like your idea but can you add to blog's post the difficulty for each problem? i am too lazy to check every problem i solve in its original contest
Yeah Sure! I will be adding difficulty of every problem in the editorial link blog so that many participants get some confidence that they have solve a better rating problem. Happy Coding :D
