Curious.Why downvotes?
+1, like I could understand someone downvoting spam blogs or maybe even blogs asking for help on a problem, but who downvotes a contest invitation blog right after its posted. The only times I've seen it happen before is for highly sketchy setters / platforms.
Maybe tired of seeing these blogs every 2 days lol.
I still don't think that justifies the downvotes considering the effort that goes into problemsetting/tessting/coordinating, specially for a Div2-rated round, but ok.
Yes, it's strange to see these downvotes out of nowhere. Contest announcements from any major competitive programming platform are usually upvoted. I'm pleasantly surprised to see almost no signs of toxic tribalism around here. And this blog getting downvotes may be one of the rare exceptions.

For the problem "Equal LIS" div 2 : is this true ?

answer : 2 1 3 4 because L(2 1 3 4) and L(4 3 1 2) both equal 1 ?
meaning : is not always (2 1 . . . . n) should be an answer?
No, L(2 1 3 4) = 3 and L(4 3 1 2)=2. Please ask clarifications in comments section below that problem.
