Dear Codeforces! I've found a very large group of cheaters. Hope my post will help to catch them. Also upvote for this post, because this group can easy downvote to -20 or lower. It is accounts that I've found, but in comments before me was found some accounts from this group, but not in my list. It is really hard to find all of them, because I just looking to silver accounts,but in 10 pages of results(!), but they have also higher accounts. Look at ther solutions at last contest!

Yet again same thing happened in Yesterdays Contest . This guy leaked the solution of Problem C from Codeforces Global Round 19 in the telegram channel. ~~~~~ just have a look at the leaked solution and his submitted solution:- Solution submitted:-146140280 Solution Leaked:- https://imgur.com/a/OJQUoce Both the Leaked and Submitted Solutions are Identical , even all non sense piece of code written in order to avoid Plag. Same thing Happened with Problem B as well.. Pls Look into this matter

Surely. Yeah. It clearly isn't your inability to solve problem C or higher the thing that isn't allowing you to go higher, say specialist, expert, et cetera. No, it is the cheaters. Keep lying to yourself and maybe, once cheaters are miraculously gone, you too will become red with your current performance. Don't practice, things will come easily by themselves eventually.

Yes I am not capable to solve higher rated problem and I am not lying to myself and others. Yes I can't still solve C problems and I am responsible for that. But if you have some humility you would have understand cheating don't affect big coders like you it only affects newbies and may be pupil. And yes there are pupils in codeforces and you can still become it by solving 2 questions faster but what I actually meant is even if I get +1 delta extra it is because I deserve it. I solved DSA in the past and new to CP and trying to improve myself even when I have started working. You just attacked me personally because you can as you are high rated coder. I am not at your level but I know that I never get things easily.I don't aim of being red coder bcoz I am not putting that much efforts but I never blamed anyone for my inability.And yes many time codeforces remove the cheaters and I received some more positive deltas and that what I was saying from my comment .
If anything, consider that your rating is just scaled down by a factor of ε (which really is smaller than you give credit to it since the great majority of cheaters are often removed). If and when you get better, this ε will go towards 1. So really, rating remains your measurement of how good you are, the only discouraging thing might be ε, but really it's irrelevant, since when you will be better, it will not affect you anymore because you will have a high rating (as you explained).
Dude that tone is filled with arrogance. You got a high rating should not mean you can absolutely trash talk to anyone. The community thrives on helping and supporting each other not shaming for not working hard enough.
Sorry if that was the only thing that was visible from my message. It's just that it angers me awfully to see people that just can't improve and they blame the 'system' for this. This kind of behaviour can drive someone into disinterest, because they believe that no matter what they do, they will just have a bad rating and will remain bounded by some value, and really that's a path no one should follow. They should persevere, no matter the current parameters. My use of sarcasm only had its roots in the idea that sometimes, harsh words could wake one up, as was sometimes the case for me. Again, sorry if you are ever so offended by the tonality, it wasn't meant to be sooo insulting.
Just provide them with a badge of cheater on their cf handle, so they won't be able to use the handle anymore (to show off on their resumes), LOL.
They will just make a new account. I can understand this idea if they already had a high-ish rating that would take time to get. But no one here is even green.
As an aside, I think this particular case is not to do with resumes. At least they are not random people trying to get a job. Considering that many accounts have nearly identical performances in many contests, it would seem that these accounts are all operated by the same person or group. Maybe the goal is to sell them to the job-seekers, but actually I bet it has something to do with NEAR and crowdforces.

Why not Ban them permanently
new accounts come a dime a dozen, wouldn't really matter.

Uh, that is terrible. Imagine someone being introduced to CP and they can't even take part in a contest. I also think it is not effective against account farmers, they will just get delayed. Fight against cheaters should not create major inconveniences for others.

as -is-this-fft- said, it wouldn't help. they can just make new accounts and let them get older until they can participate, then cheat with them
That is why I wondered why my expected delta after rating changes was 25 and it became 45 after cheaters removed. Actually, those group of cheaters were like a 100(and getting from 400's to 300's is a big deal in delta rating.)
i got around 3000, so not as big of an impact. I had -7 before and ended up with +9.
I just viewed some of their solutions and well... what is going on?
while hacking yesterday, i found this 144751443 144764693 like their solution, their handle is same too(with some small letter changes) maybe this guy has more accounts
This must be stoped . I know some groups in telegram and I thik that it will be nice if telegram cut this groups &_&
No good gonna come out of reporting them, bro. They are already grey, they would just make new accounts. Cheaters who get high ranks do the real damage. Edit — my bad didn't realize these cheaters are scoring under 1000 ranks already.
In the end they are not going to get anything.
