Everyone always asks who/where is the admin, but no one ever asks how is the Admin...

On a more serious note, the problem ratings for problems haven't been added for a while now and magic, which is supposed to be removed by 10th January is still here, as I understand both of these things require MikeMirzayanov (or maybe any admin, not sure) to trigger them but they seem to be missing. Does anyone have any information?
