I have seen a lot of blogs recently saying that why more and more div 4 and div 3 rounds are being conducted. I would like to suggest codeforces to conduct all rounds and just increase the frequency of rounds. It will satisfy the needs of all rating. And I think that the questions asked in Div 4 doesn't take a lot of time to frame. So, Yeah, Codeforces should definitely increase the frequency of rounds.
