How correlate solving Einstein's problem with solving competitive programming tasks?

Here is a link to the Einstein's small challenge, as you see nowadays exists dozens of IQ tests that measure different intelligence properties but there is no universal metrics to find out what is useful and what is not (IQ tests shows only how you pass IQ tests not more you can generalize it on problemsolving), you require to consider specifics and etc, being good in math means having ability to constantly discover new hidden abstract connections and test models accurately but when it comes to discovering and creating — math is not that great (if you are not Lobachevsky (Gallileo of math seems), Euclide, Eratosphene, Fermat, Euler or someone else typo them out of range)

So that is difficult to find out a correlation if you're trying to create something new, are you among of that 2% who can solve that challenge? Or that means that test data was not strong enough?!..
