I am looking to buy div1 account, feel free to dm. my budget is < $100 at best (staring at parked alts)

Why I need it — I want to access coach mode in codeforces and it only opens at 2200+ or 2400+ rating according to some blogs, not sure which one is true as there's no official blog i found. I dont understand putting rating limit on educational tools, but probably I am missing something. I would even pay for premium account of codeforces if someday its offered.
