Advice: About the rating range of Div. 1 contests.
Hello, CodeForces Community!
Today I found that some participants in recent Div. 1 Rounds had very good delta. (For example: 251Sec reached GM with +268).
Because I want have higher rating and beat tourist, I need to have the chance to participant the Div. 1 Rounds to get more rating. So I wish that users with the rating below 1900 can choose either Div. 1 and Div. 2, please give me the chance.
