Why rollback only happened for contests before global round 27, i see cheaters from global round 27 onwards still enjoying their fake ratings, E.g : [submission:288350266] this dude [user:luffy_mugi,2024-11-06] is a cheater, just look at his code for problem D, its same as mine [submission:288364877]. We both copied from telegram.↵

I request [user:MikeMirzayanov,2024-11-06]. to do the rollback/ban for all contests before the refact.ai one otherwise it might be too late.↵
