Chances of ICPC regionals (chennai site) to be be held on time?

Currently Chennai is affected by massive floods and regionals are scheduled to be held on 17-18 december. So i m just curious about whether the regionals will go as per the schedule?↵
If anyone has any information ,please do convey.
