Can anyone please provide an updated and complete tutorial on using CHelper for IntelliJ IDEA?

It would be preferable if the tutorial starts from installation and ends with solving a sample problem on Codeforces.(Moreover it would be great if you could demonstrate how to use Egor Kulikov's "yaal" custom libraries in solving a problem which needs such libraries).
