This is the link to problem, which I want to solve, but I unable to understand the geometry, editorialist is talking about.
Problem in brief :
You have been given three circles, with not all of them lie on same line, or share a common point.
Find out the point which is possibly closest to any of the circle such that the angle of observing the circles, is same for all the three circles.The point has to be outside the circle.
Please someone help me to know which geometry related topics do I need to look at to understand the editorial better.
