Help with Runtime Error — what should I do if I cannot find the bug?

Hello!

Regarding this line sweep problem with the editorial here my code is getting run time error on the last test case. I contacted the team support from the online judge Kattis but they did not allow me to see the test case where my code fails.

I spent over a week trying to find the problem but I failed to find the bug.

Can someone spot any mistake in my code?

If anyone has any suggestion on how to deal with the situation I am also glad to hear any possible advices :)
