Hello everyone, I am a competitive programmer. I practice problems daily and I am trying to improve but nowadays I'm getting distracted and starting to think more about girls and getting horny. Girls are soooooo attractive that I easily get distracted and am not able to focus on solving problems. How do I overcome this? Please give me some advice.

EDIT: For people downvoting, I am seriously asking for help and this is not a joke post or something. Please help me if you can.
