With the high traffic that we have been getting recently, we have been facing issues with our infrastructure, and theparticipants have not had a seamless contest experience has been bad. Keeping this in mind, we are postponing all rated short contests, till a time when we are sure that the contests can be held smoothly, and we'’ve had a smooth testing round. In particular, the Starters contest scheduled for 31st January is being postponed till further announcements. Apologies for the inconvenience.↵

**Note:** TheJanuary Lunchtime remains rated. And the February Long Challenge will take place as usual.↵

The contest will be for **3 hours** and have **6 problems** to solve. It is rated only for the participants of division **3** with their present rating less than **1600**. Others can participate unofficially.↵
