Existence of any CF Blog Archive+Filter ?

Is there any app or something in which anyone can filter CF blogs by tags ?
Like currently, I have to search that thing in Google many times for a particular topic. Someone has made it , but it lags a lot.

So, it will be a nice app or something in which there will be all CF blogs together and you can filter them by tags, upvotes/downvotes etc like the PROBLEMSET Page .

MikeMirzayanov sir, please include this feature(if possible), if there's no existence of such things.

UPD: Those who are downvoting, please let me know why are you downvoting ? Would not the app/feature I am talking about is good for ALL (like Time saving , Less Googling, Sorted) ?
