Just about one week ago, we endured an earthquake on CN-ICPC.

Cheating, Corruption, Chaos, that is what NXIST brought to us. And yesterday, this petty clown posted a ridiculous blog, brag their "Gold Medal Team" to all of us. Many honest participants devote years of time to training and then win a hard-won gold medal. But now, a cheater, tells us how their "hardworking“ lead them to the gold medal?? THIS IS AN UNFORGIVABLE INSULT TO ALL PARTICIPANTS AND COACHES.

Thought Wu Yonghui said C. J. Hwang will proceeding the investigation and given a result on June 7, but we all know what will happen just like the 2019 Yinchuan Site. So now, please join this boycott of NXIST's cheating and corruption, send this joint letter to ICPC Contest Manager — [email protected], and ask them for the response.

"NXIST holding the regional contest was the loss for the ICPC, but your non-boycott of NXIST is a loss for the culture."

Dear Mr/Madam:
	Today (2021/05/25), Wu Yonghui, adjunct professor of Ningxia Institute of Technology, said he had a commutation on the phone with Professor C. Jinshong Hwang, Executive Director of Asia Contests Council. Mr. Hwang said EC Council is proceeding investigation and will give a result on June 7.
	However, whether ICPC Headquarters, Mr. Hwang or Mr. Wu haven't made any official announcement on public media like icpc.global, codeforces, or Mr. Hwang's blog. Meanwhile, Ningxia Institute of Science and Technology(NXIST) is still using their "Gold Medal Team" for publicity and post a blog said how they "training" for winning medal. This is an unacceptable insult to all ICPC participants & coaches and damage to ICPC's reputation.
	So now, I, as many as other ICPC participants who willing to join this boycott, make a request to ICPC Headquarters:
        
        1. Mr. Hwang and EC Council should make an official response to doubts about NXIST's fraud and public all investigation details during and after this investigation on public media.

        2. Due to NXIST's behavior in 2019&2020 ICPC Asia Yinchuan Regional Contest has done massive damage to ICPC's reputation, whether EC Council identifies cheating is true or not, NXIST should be banned for hosting any ICPC Regional/Invitational/Provincial contest.

        3. If the investigation's result identifies NXIST had cheated on Yinchuan Site, then NXIST should make a public apology statement and withdraw all NXIST's medal. All NXIST participants on the 2020 Yinchuan Site should be banned from ICPC for a lifetime.

        For a long time, since ICPC was introduced to China, it has always been the symbol of fair competition. Now we are enduring the darkest day in ICPC's history. We won't let it become something filled with corruption, cheating and fraud. We hope you won't too.
