I've just install CMS 1.4rc1 but now I don't need it anymore↵

So I try to uninstall it and install another version, CMS 1.5.dev0↵

But there's an issue like in this picture↵

Might I not uninstall CMS 1.4.rc1 successfully ? What I have to do to remove CMS 1.4.rc1 ?↵
