WHY IS IT A OPEN HACKING WITHOUT POINTS?

In the problem CESTE,contest 4 of COCI 2018, a solution which seems to have an exponential complexity passed all test data. Is there any way to calculate its time complexity? Or we can blame it on the random test data?

This afternoon I saw magic is useable,so I turn my color to a Legendary grandmaster.

However,magic is gone.I can't have my color back now.How embrassing!
