4 months ago, tourist created a segment called Tourist for exceeding 4000 ratings alone, and I think there could be a special segment called Champion for the top ranked user!

As far as I know, the initial rating for new codeforces accounts was 1500 until May 2020 and was changed to 0 after that, what was the reason for the change？
