Well, Can you image that 1E is well-known?

It is unfair.

If any other top-rated coder wants to share his/her way or just point the differences — that's great. This is pure racism.

I think only Div.1 should be unrated because there isn't any problem with Div.2

Upd: I was wrong because E Div.2 is also well known:

unbalanced difficulty, both should be unrated

unbalanced difficulty is not generally a reason for a round to become unrated, at worst it's poor design but that isn't serious enough. Usually, a round is unrated only if there were serious server issues, or extreme issues with problems such as blatant copying and wrong solution from authors, such as Codeforces Round 637 (Div. 1) - Thanks, Ivan Belonogov!.

it has only 20 submissions in div2 though. There were about 20K participants. You seriously think this would be fair for them.

But there were only 20 submissions for problem E in Div 2. So Div 2 must be rated.

So we are having both rounds unrated?

And Div1.c(Div2.E) is well-known too! Nearly same !

Someone should really make an extension which scours the internet for the problems in a contest and tells you whether to avoid that contest, this kind of thing takes all the fun out of competing (especially if you're like me and don't know the problems, and then not only do others get a ton of points, but also your strategy is screwed because you see inaccurate solve rates for problems which can really throw you off)

This extension would be more useful if it could copy-paste code to known problems XD

If there was such an option I would prefer to leave the contest rather than get an unfair advantage on it, I'm not trying to act noble, currently if I'll know a problem in a contest I would copy it, but I won't be happy about it, because it wouldn't be me solving, and I'll be stuck with less problems to solve on my own :/

2/5 problems being available online is a concern.

No, it's unrated for Div-1

I'm new so I appreciate the decision to keep Div. 2 rated.

Is it possible to void the plagiarized/otherwise duplicated problem(s) from the score? Forgive me if this is an awful suggestion.

If we will delete one problem from score, people that fairly solved it will be in a bad situation — they wasted a lot of time this case.
