So it has not started....??!!

Because ur link again says Fri 5:30 am NewDelhi. and at New Delhi it is 10:23 am Fri now ..

Again I m confused...

    Hey, so the round has started? But it should be in January 00:00 UTC, right? And we are required to submit by email, but they say on FAQ that we submit the output file and source code. I'm really confused.

Perhaps they were mistaken, or write ugly, resulting in an error crept.

Probably January 7, 2011 at 0:00 UTC (4:00 PM PT) should be understood as January 7, 2011 at 4:00 PM PT, which is equal to January 8, 2011 at 0:00 UTC.

hacker cup should be hacked, I have never seen such a bad management.
