How would you rate the ICPC questions this year in codeforces rating standards

My guess for problem H would be 1800. How would you rate the ICPC problems this year?

My guess is that no reasonable coordinator would accept H as a problem for Codeforces Round.

    That problem is so redundant I am actually impressed it took teams 13 minutes to accept it.

        first of all 11, second first submission was at 3-5 minutes i guess?

      What is even worse that 10 teams couldnt solve it, half of them are from our Arab region :(
