EDU Round 146 is unrated which means there will be many downvotes. I got up at 7:00 AM to take this contest and was extremely frustrated when it took me more than twenty minutes to submit my solution to problem B. Even so, the authors put a ton of time and effort into the contest and were still willing to make it unrated when it became clear that there were substantial issues. This is admirable, and we shouldn't downvote them to hell for doing what is right after encountering issues that were mostly beyond their control.
