The user Planned_Attack obfuscated code in nearly all of the contests he took, except one contest in which he received the "Skipped" verdict. This goes against the contest rules which forbid code obfuscation. Here is one submission of his:

Maybe he understands the code better this way
It's clearly an attempt to cheat. The code is completely unreadable if written like this, if you want to read it you would have to jump from line to line. Besides, the only contest submissions in which he didn't use this method were Skipped, i.e. he cheated. Even if he understands the code better that way, it's still forbidden to do in contests.
He is solving the first three questions in under 30 minutes. He submitted this question also in 5 minutes after starting of the contest.
