I think we need a separate option to report cheaters.

During today's round there was ongoing livestream (I was asked to remove the link to stop promoting the channel) by user with username helloworldbastard which has shown solutions to problems A & B. I feel like creating this blog is unnecessary, but right now we don't really have any other way of reporting such cases. Do you feel like we need such option?

Would be nice if we could report a user with providing the proofs of the user cheating.
