Yuki Tanaka(JPN1) submitted a solution to C today at 4:59:59, exactly 1 second before the end of Day 2.

More importantly, this submission gave him a 29-point increment, giving him 4th place by beating rainboy.

10 minutes ago he's at 12th.

Sorry, it was a joke, I was also suprised about his amazing mind and I admire him, too. I think he will be a legend in the ioi history for his perseverance.

      What do you mean, in IOI all points are aggregated for total points. (I think you assumed that the point you get is the last submission. If you meant waiting for last moment to submit, then you are right lol.)

my team had (almost) similar case at ICPC local qualification round, bcz of this submission we qualified to the national contest.

this is only at a small local round i can't imagine what would it feel like for IOI.
