On October 22, we have 3 rounds (Div 1, Div 2, Div 3) all scheduled at the same time. Not to mention there is a Div 2 round 4 hours before

thing is, how does the scoring for each division do? since all div 3s until now use icpc style scoring while for all div 1s + div 2s (same round, separate contest), they use weighted scoring.
There is no obligation to make them all scored in the same way. Div 3 may remain ICPC-style while Div 2 and Div 1 are scored based on points. After all, each round has its own ranking table. They can just share some problems between them.
I believe that's a mistake and div3 will be rescheduled.
don't ruin the fun D:
No.
Then any reason why 4 rounds (in fact 3) are scheduled at the same day instead of being uniformly distributed on a 2 week interval between previous and next rounds?
All these rounds are based on some onsite competitions and should be held on the same day.
I thought that might be the reason but didn't expect that's the case for div3 round. Well, thanks for the clarification!
Div 3 is <1600 and div 1 >=1900. Does that mean it's not div2 but divexpert?
It would be epic))
Definitely. Experts, assemble!
It's a bit confusing usually div2 contains all div3 participants as well so that thing will be different?
If it's a div-expert round then I need my blue color back asap : /
That's 2 separate rounds running simultaneously.
