I think it's the best advise for cheaters:

If you are a cheater, then try to write the contest yourself, if something doesn’t work out, then you can look at the answer once. If you see the answer, no need to copy and paste. try to implement it yourself. And you'll understand your mistakes.

I have seen several cheaters who cheat during the contest and they are not ashamed to copy everything

No point trying to use logic and reasoning with cheaters — they are lowly individuals who seek validation from numbers on a website.... that they didn't even earn.
