The Competitive Programming Initiative
I like the initiative, but...
That's a red flag if I ever saw one. IOI for instance only allows C++.
idk if this is just me, but Java tends to be harder to get accepted due to its slow runtime, which often leads to TLE on problems where C++ works, started off with Java and did really bad for a while, but switching to C++ saw me a considerable success(compared to before)
You have a point, instructor's generally use whichever language they are most comfortable with, which tends to be C++ recently.
Website is a bit old, I'll have it updated soon. Thanks for lmk!
X-Camp orz!!! Ench_Lolz & maxrgby & AlwaysAcing and other X-Camp students definitely stand with me on this. This class does sound interesting though if I was still in Silver.
what
?
as a CPI instructor i disagree and i most definitely do not stand with you on this and this definitely is not related in any way to me trying to farm volunteer hours
wait u can get volunteer hours from working as a CPI instructor?! :notlikeduck:
we get paid in volunteer hours instead of money
WAIT I GOTTA DO THAT WHEN I GO INTO HIGH SCHOOL
