[Not Codeforces] USACO account

I don't know what happened, but it's seem like I cannot register an account on usaco.org. I've tried to reset my password and do similar stuffs but still cannot receive the email. Anyone who is experienced with the site might help me?

Before, I experienced the same situation. If you send email to Brian Dean, he can help. Send an email from your USACO account's email.

I had the same problem, removing spaces in my last name fixed it though.
