Help needed !!

I have been practicing many problems of rating 1200 and 1300 lately and I am able to solve most of them. But I don't know what happens in contests that I am not able to do Div2B problems in the recent contests , should I try to give virtual contests or what should I do please suggest.

Try solving more of 1400 and 1500 problems and solve new problems more than old ones

Touch Some Grass. Maybe not the ideal advice but taking a break sometimes help.
