I heard that codeforces has blocked its api during live contests to reduce server load. Because of this, the rating predictors are unable to function. Although it has been done for a good reason, the predictors not working until the end of the contest is pretty frustrating. Does anyone have an alternative or a fix to this issue?

That is obviously what everyone is here to do. Still it would be good to have the rating predictions like before.

no it won't, having that will make u just to check, How am I doing?, Will I get +delta, Will i get to expert?, Will I drop to pupil.

Man fuck it, solve the problems, have fun with the contest, don't give a fuck about that rating, just solve the problems

Must have felt great. I had close to 1800 on chess.com and 2100 on lichess. Still a long way to go.

I guess having a lower max rating does have advantages after all :)

I mean you are kind of right in the part that I do constantly keep looking how well i am doing which is no more a distraction. At the same time, there used to be a probability of additional dopamine rush whenever I saw a very high performance rating. The opposite equally probable too XD.

That's really stupid to say, because rating will definitely come with practice. How are you supposed to gain rating if you don't practice?

I had the same issue during the past 2 contests, and tried deleting and reinstalling the extension and it actually worked.

I think it is blocked by the human verifying system. After the contest is over(and wait for a little time),it just works as well.
