Topcoder SRMs

If you look at the events calenderEvent Calender There is no topcoder SRM scheduled during the upcoming month . Is it true that there wouldn't be any SRM next month ? If yes , What might be the reasons for topcoder to reduce the frequency of SRMs by so much ?

According to a TC admin, there will be 3 SRMs in August. Calendar will be updated soon.

    Also, TC has a web-based Alpha version for the Arena! Can't wait to see that!

Seems like they're not getting enough (good) problem submissions for SRMs, so they need more problem writers, particularly for Div 1.

    If they need more problem writers, they should (as I said in that TC thread) start accepting submitted applications after less than (number so far) 5 days.
