While we are in an ICPC contest, can we use earbuds to handle noises that other teams make during the contest? Or is anyone here have a suggestion to handle this similar thing?

I'm not sure about icpc but in ioi earbuds (non electronic ones) were allowed
For regionals it depends on the wish of your region organizers. Quite sure that in the last WF, non electronic ones were allowed. Suggestion: practice focusing in noisy environments, try meditation.
