Can we submit our code before the system test finished ?

When you failed to submit your code at the last second of contest, you need to wait nearly an hour for the system test... It drives me crazy.

Can we be allowed to submit code during the system test? Thank you mike :)

Why is it driving you crazy? I would recommend meditating or doing gratitude journaling to calm yourself down. It is well known that when you are stressed your body releases more cortisol which can stimulate the accumulation of abdominal fat.

I think many people have the same thought as you, but I think not having submit in system test is better because it reduce strain on the server which means faster rating :). More people are waiting for rating than wanting to submit during system test (I think).

    rating is nothing. I would rather solve the problem earlier than see the rating change earlier.

      The biggest example kaiboy and rainboy He must be in top 10 LGM, but still rating doesn't matter for him.

Support, once solved E 1min after contest and had to wait until next day(because contest finished at 0:35 local time)

Probably not very helpful. Queue during systest is very long, even if you could submit you would still ahve to wait an hour or two.
