Setting aside the numerous moral issues in what you’re saying, your idea of threatening people by implying their ranks will drop if they don't comply is absurd.

Do you realize that, first, many teams (including several deserving ones) couldn’t qualify due to the issues in the contest? These teams would gladly welcome a proper recontest, regardless of any so-called threats. Second, you’re openly offering to provide solutions. Incredible—why wouldn’t teams want a recontest now? You’re practically doing their work for them!

But on a serious note, it’s attitudes like yours that undermine the hard work people put into organizing this event and the passion they have for competitive programming.
