Looks like they've invented a new method of Cheating. How to deal with these annoying people?

you can blacklist them so that they cant send you messages

    But they'll sent someone else. Probably they've sent 100+ messages yesterday. How can we permanently stop this?

      nothing will really happen, there is no benefit for the person they're begging from, hence they won't give the beggar the code.
