I think the announcement has a mistake: It is Luogu Round 210 but not Luogu Round 10.
Is the difficulty the same as Codeforces Div 3?
Nice contest! I had fun participating, and it was especially nice to see that the quality of translation has gone up by a lot. Some minor questions (not directly related to the contest, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask!):
I'm looking forward to the day when Luogu offers a completely English interface alongside a Chinese one! The system currently feels somewhat clunky and awkward with the mix of Chinese and English, but it was a lot of fun nonetheless.
Thanks for supporting! Luogu is now internationalizing and we are trying to improving our systems to fit more user's demand. We have no tolerance for cheating. You can DM us with cheating evidence through CF.
One cannot help but ask why the 'quality' of kids is so low. Not only in terms of problem solving, but also in terms of personal conduct.
I remembered that the developers of the website "www.luogu.com.cn"d, kkksc03 and the technology group, once said that they will develop the page into a completely new mode that will give the users who weren't from China a better feeling.
Apart from this, real-name authentication might have been another problem. But Luogu will change the rules of community into a new one that combines the Chinese rules and the International rules. We are looking forward to that day! Hope you have a nice day!
